PATNA-------------------------While writing to you, I feel as if I am talking to a young river, a river that has come down from the mountains to the plains, which irrigates the thirsty fields with its flow, and every stone that tries to stop it is finally worn away by its water and turns into particles.

In Bihar politics, your name is no longer just that of a leader, but of a hope. It was your stubbornness, your patience and your sweat alone that stopped the BJP from making progress. This is no ordinary thing - it will be counted in history that when an entire machinery was engaged in spreading hatred and confusion, a young man stood up and said that the real name of politics is employment, education and development.

Today, when Rahul Gandhi's shoulder is joined with yours, the picture has become even clearer. Just as a farmer prepares the land with a plough before sowing, you have prepared the land of Bihar in the same way. Rahul's support has come like water to the soil, which has germinated the seed. Now the youth are restless - restless in the good sense, like a bird is eager to fly in the open sky after a long imprisonment.

Your hard work has revived RJD. The party which was once known only by the count of castes, is today known by the count of youth, their hopes, the sparkle in their eyes. Your patience has been the biggest weapon in this. People often consider patience as a weakness, but you have shown that patience is the real strength, it makes passion last, it gives direction to anger.

Tejashwi ji, every village, every crossroad, every street of Bihar is now taking your name in a new idiom. This idiom is "Badlaav Sambhav Hai." The biggest victory in politics is that people start dreaming again. And today, because of you, dreams have returned. History will write that when the patience of the youth was breaking, you took care of them. When their feet were in chains of despair, you taught them to run. And when Bihar was tired, you woke it up.

My only prayer for you is that your flow like a river should never stop. No matter how many stones come in your way, your flow should keep crossing them all.
