Gen Z i.e. Generation Z is a generation, which is generally said for those children and youth whose age is between 13 to 28 years today. Meaning - This is the first generation that grew up with internet, smartphones, social media and digital technology since childhood. For whom reels, Instagram, short videos, TikTok and other social sites are an important part of their life. This is the generation that easily challenges traditional thinking. Due to internet and social media, they are always connected with the news, fashion and trends around the world.

01 – Generation Z (Gen-Z)
• Born: 1997 to 2012
• Age: 13 to 28 years
• Note: Nepal's movement shows that they are no longer just reels and memes makers, but have also become system changers.
02 – Millennials (Gen-Y)
• Born: 1981 to 1996
• Age: 29 to 44 years
