ARA (RNI) On Sunday, a tribute meeting and a wreath-laying ceremony were held under the aegis of the Amar Shaheed Kavi Kailash Smriti Sansthan, Bhojpur, on the martyrdom day of the immortal martyr poet Kailashpati Singh. The event took place at the statue of poet Kailash, located in the Bhojpur Collectorate complex, the site of his martyrdom. It is worth noting that on September 28, 1942, while hoisting the tricolor flag, he was captured and brutally tortured to death by the British Baluchi soldiers. The first wreath-laying ceremony and wreath-laying ceremony took place under the chairmanship of Bhai Brahmeshwar. Shahabad DIG Satya Prakash inaugurated the event, along with SP Mr. Raj as the chief guest, Gunjan Singh as the special guest, Deputy Development Commissioner, ADM Shashi Shekhar Singh, BD Singh, Padma Shri Dr. Bhim Singh Bhavesh, Sunil Singh Gopal, and Dhirendra Singh were present. On this occasion, hundreds of people were present at the Kavi Kailash Udyan Parishad, and chants of "Kavi Kailash Amar Rahe," "Bharat Mata Ki Jai," and "Vande Mataram" echoed. Afterward, everyone proceeded to the auditorium, where they paid tribute to Kavi Kailash's life, personality, and work, and shared their thoughts. The program was formally inaugurated by the DIG and other dignitaries present. Patron BD Singh honored all the guests with a plant and a shawl.

President Bhai Barmeshwar paid tribute to Kavi Kailash, recounting his valor and heroism in detail. He stipulated that this is a platform for a martyr, and no political discussion should take place from this platform.

Inaugurator Satya Prakash said that for nearly 78 years now, we have been living in independent India, breathing in the open air, thanks to the sacrifices of these martyrs. We must always remember the sacrifices made by Kavi Ji to protect our freedom and learn from them.

SP Mr. Raj said, "I pay my heartfelt tribute to these brave martyrs who sacrificed their lives. Their martyrdom needs to be shared with families, children, and others. The true tribute to the martyrs would be to complete the assigned task with honesty. Stay away from small incidents and strive to resolve them at our own level, so that the inequality in time and society can be eliminated as much as possible."

Deputy Development Commissioner Gunjan Singh said, "Bhojpur has been a land of heroes and revolutionaries. The personality and work of martyr poet Kailash Singh will certainly make this land proud. More publicity is needed."

BD Singh said, "As long as I live, I will work to spread the sentiments, patriotism, and unfulfilled dreams of the immortal martyr poet Kailash to the masses." This event will continue to be held with great pomp every year on September 28th." Other speakers included Padma Shri Bhim Singh Bhavesh, Dr Aditya Vijay Jain, Dhirendra Prasad Singh, Prem Singh, Golden Man, Durga Singh, Parmar Bhai, Arunesh, Vinod Singh Mukhiya, Dr Kumar Jitendra, Hare Ram, Shailendra Kumar, Ramdhani Singh Bharti, Sunil Singh Gopal, Laxman Tiwari, Bihari Singh, Nandkishore Singh Yadav, Colonel Rana Pratap Singh, Bihari Singh, Ram Sakal Singh Bhojpuriya, Vijay Singh Mukhiya, Lalan Singh, Akhilesh Baba, Nirmal Singh Sikarwar, Pawan Singh, Alag Singh, etc. Several heroic songs were also presented on this occasion.

The stage was conducted by General Secretary Dr Dinesh Prasad Sinha and the vote of thanks was given by General Secretary Mrityunjay Bhardwaj.
