VISHWAKARMA IS THE DIVINE ARCHITECT: ACHARYA BHARAT BHUSHAN

ARA---------------------------Shri Sanatan Shaktipeeth Sansthanam and Sanatan-Surasari Seva Nyas organized a symposium on "Vedic Engineering and Modern Development" on the eve of Shri Vishwakarma Puja. Presiding over the seminar, Acharya Dr. Bharat Bhushan Pandey said that Lord Vishnu is called Vishwakarma in the Vishnu Sahasranama Stotra, and the creator Brahma is called Vishwakarma in the Puranas. Vishwakarma is the divine architect. Lord Vishwakarma is the planner and creator of all construction and development projects. He is the creator of buildings, architecture, machinery, equipment, and tools. Similarly, the demon Maya is called the Vishwakarma of the demons. This means that even the demons follow the principles of the Vedas and Lord Vishwakarma in their construction and development projects. The Acharya said that in the name of modern development, unscriptural and unconventional construction is being carried out, which has angered nature and caused various environmental imbalances. He said that the devastation that has begun in the mountains, and the number of cities, tourist destinations, and settlements being reduced to rubble within minutes, is eye-opening. The inspiring worship of Lord Vishwakarma, the divine architect, necessitates special caution and adherence to classical principles in the areas of urbanization, city construction, mechanization, and industrialization. All of Lord Vishwakarma's resolutions are fulfilled for the protection and well-being of the world. On the occasion of Vishwakarma Puja, it is the responsibility of all Indian planners and engineers to build in accordance with Vedic construction principles and the ideals of Lord Vishwakarma, and to foster a glorious India, paving the way for the welfare of the entire world. Imitation of foreign plans has harmed everyone and made everyone's future uncertain. In such a situation, it is time to embrace the eternal Vedic science of construction and craftsmanship, and the thoughts of its ultimate proponent, Lord Vishwakarma.
