SASARAM-------------------------In the month of Sawan, entry of all types of passenger and commercial four-wheelers will be banned from the check post near Durgavati Dam in Guptadham of Chenari police station area of the district every Sunday and Monday. DFO Manish Kumar Verma has issued a press release saying that crowd of religious tourists is expected in Shravani Mela. The path from Badalgarh to Guptadham is a forest path. In the light of the decision taken in the meeting with various departments including District Officer, Superintendent of Police and Forest Division Officer for the convenience of tourists, prevention of untoward incident, protection of forest and wildlife, and District Officer, Superintendent of Police and Forest Division Officer, entry of all types of four-wheelers, commercial and passenger vehicles will be prohibited on every Sunday and Monday of the month of Sawan (Date- 13.07.2025, 14.07.2025, 20.07.2025, 21.07.2025, 27.07.2025, 28.07.2025, 03.08.2025, 04.08.2025). Carriage of passengers on cargo pickup and carrying tractor is prohibited. All the devotees going to Baba Guptadham by four-wheeler have been requested to plan the Guptadham Yatra program as per the above mentioned date table.
