The case of murder of a farmer in Amjhor was not yet solved that within 24 hours a businessman was brutally killed by beating with sticks near Ramdihra station in the same police station area. Due to these continuous incidents, there is an atmosphere of terror in the area and people's anger has flared up against the local police.

SASARAM----------------------------The orgy of criminals in Rohtas district is not stopping. The case of murder of a farmer in Amjhor was not yet solved that within 24 hours a businessman was brutally killed by beating with sticks near Ramdihra station in the same police station area. Due to these continuous incidents, there is an atmosphere of terror in the area and people's anger has flared up against the local police.
The deceased has been identified as Virendra Kumar, son of Pachchu Singh, resident of Jagodih. The police took immediate action in this case and arrested Arjun Mahato and Alok Mehta, the accused of the deceased's gotiya.
Circle Inspector Sohail Ahmed, present on the spot, said that the Panchnama of the body has been done and sent to Sasaram Sadar Hospital for post-mortem. He also said that action will be taken mainly after the application is given by the family members of the deceased.
At present, police force has been deployed at the spot in view of the tense situation between the two families. SP Roshan Kumar said that this incident is related to mutual dispute. He assured that the police is continuously conducting raids to arrest other accused. However, two murders within 24 hours have raised serious questions on the functioning of the police and people are worried about the security system.
