THREE POLICE OFFICIALS PUNISHED

ARA------------------------Three police officers of Khawaspu police station in Bhojpur have been punished following complaints of misbehavior with the public and involvement in illegal activities. Two of them, including a Sub-Inspector, have been suspended, while one Assistant Sub-Inspector has been transferred to the police lines. The action was taken by Superintendent of Police Raj.

The suspended officers are Sub-Inspector Vilok Thakur and ASI Sanjay Kumar, while ASI Rishi Dev Yadav has been transferred to the police lines. Superintendent of Police Raj said that continuous complaints were being received against the three police officers for misbehaving with the public and being involved in other illegal activities, including alcohol-related offenses.

They were also found to be negligent and undisciplined in their work. Taking this seriously, action has been taken against all three. It is also reported that ASI Rishi Dev Yadav is also accused of negligence in maintaining law and order in a recent road accident case resulting in a death.
