Among the arrested criminals are Saurabh Kumar, son of Kanhaiya Kumar, resident of Bhaluhipur Mohalla of Ara Nagar Police Station area, Abhay Kumar, son of Rajdev Singh, resident of Begumpur Mohalla of the same police station area and Aman Kumar, son of Sudhir Chaudhary, resident of Madhiyapur village of Shahpur Police Station area of ​​Patna district.

He told that on 28 February 25, a written application was given in the cyber police station by plaintiff Suraj Kumar, resident of Dharhara Waliganj of Nagar police station area, in which it was said that on the evening of 27 February 25 at around 5:20 pm, he received a message on his mobile number-9798818736, that a total of 50 thousand rupees has been deducted from my account number-52590100014331.

On the basis of the application submitted by the plaintiff, an FIR was immediately registered in the cyber police station and investigation was started. In the same sequence, KYC and other details were obtained by observing the money trail. On this basis, an FIR was registered in Bhojpur Cyber ​​​​Police Station on 7 July 25 under various sections of the Indian Penal Code and IT Act.

A special team was formed under the direction of Superintendent of Police Raj for the investigation of the said case and the arrest of the cyber criminals involved in the incident, which was led by him himself. Taking immediate action by the constituted team, on the basis of scientific and technical analysis and research of the incident, 3 cyber criminals involved in the incident were arrested from Patna district.

During interrogation, all the arrested accused have admitted to committing the incident. Complaints have been lodged on the NCRB portal from various states on the accounts of all the arrested accused. In the raiding team, Sub Inspector Gandhi Nath Pathak, Sub Inspector Swati Rani, Jawan Amarendra Kumar, Uttam Kumar, Driver Atish Kumar, armed forces of the police station and technical team had a commendable contribution.
