THREE MEMBERS OF A FAMILY KILLED

SASARAM (RNI) A tragic road accident shook the entire area of ​​Rohtas district on Monday morning. A truck and a tempo collided violently near Radiya village on National Highway 19C. The tempo driver and two children from the same family died on the spot. The injured woman is reported to be in critical condition.

Tempo driver Chittaranjan Yadav, his niece Sonakshi Kumari (10 years old), and nephew Ayush Kumar (8 years old) died on the spot. Chittaranjan Yadav's sister, Sunita Devi (28 years old), was seriously injured in the accident. Locals immediately rushed her to the hospital, where, after first aid, she was referred to a higher center for further treatment.

According to eyewitnesses, four family members were returning to their village Radiya in a tempo. As they approached the village, the speeding truck struck them head-on. The tempo was completely destroyed, and chaos erupted at the scene. The locals were horrified by the magnitude of the accident.

The road was blocked for some time after the accident. Upon receiving the information, police from the Tilauthu police station arrived at the scene and brought the situation under control. Police seized the truck and tempo. The three bodies were sent to Sasaram Sadar Hospital for post-mortem examination. Police stated that after the post-mortem examination, the bodies will be handed over to the families, and further investigations are underway.

This accident has plunged the entire area into deep mourning. The death of two innocent children and the tempo driver has cast a pall of gloom over the village. People are discussing the incident and demanding road safety and control of speeding vehicles.
