ARA---------------------------There is a tremendous demand for gold and silver rakhis in the market for Rakshabandhan. Despite the rising prices, sisters are not behind in buying special designer and personalized rakhis for their brothers.

Apart from Patna, all the bullion markets of the country are completely buzzing with colorful and precious rakhis these days for the festival of Rakshabandhan. This time there has been a significant increase in the prices of gold and silver as compared to last year, with the price of gold increasing by about Rs 12 thousand per 10 grams and the price of silver increasing by Rs 21 thousand per kilogram. Despite this, there has been no decrease in the love of brother and sister and the dignity of the festival, and due to this the sale of rakhi has increased significantly.

This year, along with traditional threads, there is a tremendous increase in the demand for gold and silver rakhis. Now branded and designer rakhis are also becoming very popular in the market. Silver rakhis are available in shops between Rs 1000 to Rs 3500, while the price of gold rakhis ranges from Rs 15,000 to Rs 60,000.

These rakhis come in designs ranging from thin gold chains to diamond or kundan studded designs, which are attracting customers a lot. Along with this, shopkeepers say that this time there has been a significant increase in the demand for attractive gold and silver rakhis, and sisters are buying beautiful rakhis according to their choice.

According to the information, this time the demand for gold and silver rakhis has increased by about 20 percent more than last year. This time a new trend is also being seen in the designs of rakhis, in which rakhis with themes related to Lord Ganpati, Radha-Krishna, peacock feather-flute, Om, Swastika and Rudraksha are quite popular, along with this the craze of personalized rakhis has also increased, in which rakhi is being made special by engraving the name or zodiac sign of the brother.

Traders believe that Rakshabandhan is not just a festival, but a symbol of emotions, and on this day sisters leave no stone unturned in choosing rakhi as a special gift for their brothers. State President of Bihar State Business Association, Ajay Gupta said that the business of rakhi has increased this time and sisters are now tying big and beautiful rakhis to their brothers as well as sister-in-law, due to which the demand for rakhis in the market has increased even more.

Besides, on the occasion of Rakshabandhan, tremendous increase has been seen in the sale of rakhis in the online market as well. Many jewellery brands and e-commerce platforms have launched special Rakshabandhan collections, allowing customers even in remote areas to buy beautiful rakhis from the comfort of their homes. In this way, both modern and traditional rakhis have made the festival even more special this year.
