ARA-------------------------CPI(ML) General Secretary Comrade Dipankar Bhattacharya arrived in Ara today on a one-day election tour. Addressing a conference of India Alliance parties held at the Congress Ground complex next to Shaheed Bhavan, he appealed to the CPI(ML) to campaign wholeheartedly in favor of candidate Qayamuddin Ansari and ensure his victory by pressing the button on the three-star flag.

Addressing the large number of India Alliance workers, Comrade Dipankar Bhattacharya said,

This time, the India Alliance comprises seven parties, not five, which has generated new enthusiasm among Dalits and Mahadalits across Bihar. This seven-party alliance will win all seven seats in the district and oust vote-stealers, job-stealers, reservation-stealers, and land-stealers from power.

Dipankar Bhattacharya said that today, change has become Bihar's biggest agenda. Youth who face lathicharge for demanding employment, landless people deprived of housing land, farmers facing the brunt of land acquisition, and half the population groaning under the burden of debt are not ready to tolerate the BJP-JDU double-engine government, which has been in power for the last 20 years, even for a moment. The slogan "Change the Government, Change Bihar" has become a rallying cry for the people.

He said that Nitish Kumar's announcement just before the elections to provide 10,000 rupees to every woman through the Chief Minister's Women's Employment Scheme is a blatant lie; in reality, it is the Chief Minister's Women's Loan Scheme, as Home Minister Amit Shah recently stated in Patna.

He said that this Bihar election will determine whether the Constitution, democracy, and reservation will survive in the country. If we are to save them, this vote-stealing, reservation-stealing, and bribe-taking government must be ousted from power.

He said that today, development in Bihar has come to mean "flyover bypasses," and the true face of good governance has become a nexus between criminals, police, and corrupt officials. The lease of 1,050 acres of land in Pirpati, Bhagalpur, to Adani for one rupee is an example of this extreme corruption.

He said that no matter how much the BJP rants, Nitish Kumar is not its next Chief Minister. Even if we hadn't said it, Tejashwi Yadav was the Chief Minister of the India Alliance, and now we have announced it with great force.

Referring to the India Alliance's struggle against the SIR, he said that we have fought and saved the voting rights of millions of poor people. Now, by demonstrating our strength at the polling booths, we will defeat the government of vote thieves and bribe-takers.

He described microfinance companies as the new "bathhouse," saying that women burdened with debt are chanting the slogan "Ten thousand rupees is not enough, nothing less than debt relief" across Bihar. If the All India Alliance government comes to power, they will be completely relieved of their small loans, and women will receive 2,500 rupees per month.

Tushar Gandhi, great-grandson of Mahatma Gandhi and leader of the Bharat Ke Log Abhiyan, said that this election will determine the future of the country. We must not only change the Chief Minister of Bihar, but also, in the future, the Prime Minister of the country. He strongly appealed to save the soul of Bihar and the country by defeating the divisive and hateful forces and the governments that have been obstructing Bihar's development for the past twenty years.

BR Patil said that to overcome the terrible poverty and migration in Bihar, the government of robbers and vote-stealers must be removed from power.

Dr. Sunil said that the movements that began in Bihar under the leadership of Mahatma Gandhi and JP brought independence to the country and protected democracy. We must advance this fight by electing the CPI(ML) candidate. Former Planning Commission member Dr. BR Patil, Ara MP Sudama Prasad, Ara's India Alliance candidate Qayamuddin Ansari, RJD State Vice President, former MLA and RJD leader Bijayendra Yadav, General Secretary Rambabu Paswan, Sonu Yadav, Congress District President Ashok Ram, VIP District President Omprakash Bind and Block President Mantu Sahni, CPI leader Uttam Prasad, CPI(M) leader Narendra Pandey, District Councilor Aarti Devi, Dr. Vijay Kushwaha, Durgavati Kumar Maurya, Vinod Chandravanshi, AIPWA leader Sangeeta Singh, and dozens of other India Alliance leaders and senior citizens addressed the gathering. The workers' conference was chaired by RJD District President Birbal Yadav and conducted by CPI(ML) District Secretary Jawaharlal Singh. Senior CPI(ML) Politburo members Swadesh Bhattacharya, Atul Dighe, former MLA Bhai Dinesh, and dozens of other India Alliance leaders were present at the conference. All the leaders unanimously appealed to ensure a huge victory for the CPI (ML) India Alliance candidate by pressing the button on the three-star flag.
