TEZ PRATAP YADAV’S REBELLION CAME OUT OF THE CLOSET, NEW ALLIANCE ANNOUNCED WITH 5 PARTIES

PATNA-----------------------Lalu Prasad Yadav's elder son and former minister in the Bihar government, Tej Pratap Yadav, has formed a new political platform called 'Team Tej Pratap' for the upcoming assembly elections.

He has formed an alliance of five regional parties in his support. Congress along with Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) has also been invited to join it.

It is worth noting that Tej Pratap was expelled from RJD in May 2025. Tej Pratap has said that he is ready for an alliance with the Congress, but he made it clear that there is no possibility of any kind of alliance with Janata Dal United (JDU) and Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP).

Five parties included in the alliance. Tej Pratap announced an alliance with these five parties at Maurya Hotel in Patna on August 5: Vikas Vanchit Insaan Party (VVIP), Bhojpuria Jan Morcha (BJM), Pragatisheel Janata Party (PJP), Wajib Adhikar Party (WAP), Samyukta Kisan Vikas Party

Tej Pratap informed through social media that the national presidents and general secretaries of all the parties were present in the meeting and everyone agreed in favor of the alliance. He further wrote,

The theme of our alliance is - social justice, social rights and complete change. We will also work to fulfill the dreams of Lohia, Karpoori, Jai Prakash Narayan ji.
