ARA---------------------------Swami Karpatri Ji was the modern architect of world welfare. On the 118th birth anniversary of great ascetic philosopher and organizer Dharmasamrat Swami Shrikarpatri Ji Maharaj, Sri Sanatan Shaktipeeth Sansthanam organized a worship-archan ceremony at the Friends Colony office and a seminar at the Srimad Bhagwat Katha Sthal in Teachers Colony Katira. While presiding over the program, the Institute's president and Swami Shrikarpatri Ji Maharaj's disciple Acharya Dr. Bharat Bhushan Pandey said that Pujya Swami Ji Maharaj dedicated his entire life for the progress of all living beings and world welfare. He was a great philosopher, great ascetic and great organizer. In enslaved India, he brought about a great awakening of the nation, religion and Vedic culture through the events, yajnas and movements of Akhil Bharatvarsiya Dharma Sangh. Vedic yagnas were almost disappearing in North India and scholars in South India were protecting the method of yagna with dry ingredients. At that time, Pujya Swami Ji organized huge yagnas at major centers like Mumbai, Delhi etc. and introduced the countrymen and the British Sultanate to the Vedic heritage and its divinity. Acharya said that Mahamana Madan Mohan Malviya and Mahatma Gandhi got the concept of Ram Rajya and the proclamation of Raghupati Raghav Raja Ram only due to the influence of Pujya Karpatri Swami Ji. Acharya said that on 14th August 1947, Swami Ji and his followers protested against the partition of the country by demonstrating outside the Viceroy's bungalow. The movements carried out by Pujya Swami Ji and the Ram Rajya Parishad under his leadership for the protection of cows, Vedic Varnashram good conduct, dignity of monasteries and temples etc. are written in golden letters in history. Through timeless books like Ram Rajya and Marxism, he removed the imperfections and short-sightedness of all western beliefs and inspired the world with the light of Indian wisdom. Speaking as the chief guest in the program, Prof. Baliraj Thakur said that Swami Karpatri Ji Maharaj was an incomparable personality, an embodiment of sacrifice and penance and the blessed son of Saraswati, whose interpretation of religion and Brahma is a very pleasing lesson for today's generation and a medicine for the entire world. Welcome address was given by Dr. Chakrapani Mishra, conducted by Madheshwar Nath Pandey and vote of thanks was given by Satyendra Narayan Singh. Swami Ji and Lord Shaligram were worshipped by Shivdas Singh, Vijay Gupta, Vishwanath Dubey, Rangnath Mishra, Shrinarayan Mishra, Dr. Sachchidanand Mishra, Narayan Prasad, Nunu Babu Jha, etc.
