BHABHUA----------------------------Under the Innovation Track of the District Level Youth Festival 2025, a grand science fair was organized on Thursday at the Government Engineering College, Jaitpur. Youth aged 15 to 29 from across the district participated enthusiastically in this fair, showcasing remarkable displays of science, technology, and innovation. The program was jointly inaugurated by the college principal, Sudhir Y. Kumar, District Art and Culture Officer Suman Saurabh, General Manager (District Industries Center) Hemlata Kumari, District Supply Officer Ghananand, and Science Fair Coordinator Sandeep Kumar. Addressing the students, Principal Sudhir Y. Kumar said that science and innovation are the cornerstones of global development. Such events foster a research-oriented approach and innovative thinking among students. General Manager Hemlata Kumari praised the models created by the students, calling them practical solutions to current challenges. District Art and Culture Officer Suman Saurabh informed that more than 50 participants presented their models on subjects such as physics, robotics, AI, environmental science, and structural design. She commended the innovative capabilities of the youth of Kaimur. Coordinator Sandeep Kumar said that the results of this competition will be announced on Friday, December 5th. The main events of the Youth Festival will be held on December 5th at Lichchavi Bhavan, Bhabhua. These will include group folk songs, folk dances, speech, story and poetry writing, and painting competitions. More than 300 artists from across the district will participate. Winners securing first place in all categories will represent Kaimur at the 'State Level Youth Festival 2025' to be held in Madhubani.
