SON-IN-LAW DIES IN SUSPICIOUS CONDITION AT HIS IN-LAWS’ HOUSE

ARA-----------------------In Lohai Dera village of Agiaon Bazar police station area of the district, a son-in-law who came to his in-laws' house on Wednesday morning died in suspicious condition. A bleeding wound was found on his right hand and dried blood was found in his nose. The family is accusing his wife and in-laws of murdering him by beating him. According to the information, the deceased is Rupesh Kumar Chaudhary alias Shailesh Chaudhary, 28-year-old son of late Satya Narayan Chaudhary, resident of Dehra village of Navanagar police station area of Buxar district.

Here, the brother of the deceased told that he runs a beauty shop at Sonvarsha Bazaar. On Saturday, on the day of Rakshabandhan, a boy from the neighbourhood of brother's wife's maternal home came and took her with him. On Sunday evening, the brother closed his shop and went to his in-laws' house. He used to open the shop in the day and go to his in-laws' house in the evening. Meanwhile, on Wednesday early morning, his mother-in-law called and informed that his brother's health is very bad. We are taking him to the hospital.

On receiving the information, they reached his in-laws' house. The in-laws said that your brother has died. We are coming home with his dead body. After this, they brought the body. On receiving the information, the local police station reached the spot and took the body in its possession and got the post-mortem done at Sadar Hospital.

On the other hand, the brother of the deceased told that he was married on 28 April 2024. After a week of marriage, there was a quarrel between the two. His wife is having an affair with someone else, due to which he has accused his mother of calling other people and beating him and killing his brother.

According to the death review report prepared by the police, the cause of death of the deceased is not clear. However, the cause of death will be completely clear only after the post-mortem report comes. However, the police is investigating the matter at its level.

It is said that the deceased was the youngest among his four brothers and one sister. After the incident, the deceased's mother Phulwaso Kunwar, wife Anshu Devi and all the family members are crying inconsolably.
