A black mark of blood clotting was found on the baby's stomach. The discovery of the body caused a sensation in the surrounding area.
Hundreds of people gathered to view the body. Upon receiving the information, Nawada police arrived and took the body into their custody and brought it to Sadar Hospital for a post-mortem examination. However, since it was a newborn's body, it was referred to Patna for post-mortem examination.
According to the inquest report prepared by the police, the death appears to have been caused by being thrown into water after birth. However, the cause of death will only be clear after the post-mortem report is received. However, the police are investigating the matter on their own.
