ARA-----------------------------Pravachan today on the fourth day of the seven-day long Shri Shiv Mahapuran Katha organized by Shri Sanatan Shaktipeeth Sansthanam and Sanatan-Surasari Seva Nyas at Shri Sahadev Giri Mandir Katira in the sequence of Shravan Samardhana, Acharya Dr. Bharat Bhushan Ji Maharaj said that firm faith in Ishtadeva and following the rules and regulations mentioned in the scriptures gives all the Siddhis to the Sadhak. While telling the story of Shatrudra Samhita, Acharya gave a detailed description of the stories of Lord Shiva's Grihapati Agniavataar, Dwijeshwaravataar, Sureshvaravataar, Pippalad Rishi's incarnation etc. He said that whatever penance is done in life is the wealth for us and our relatives. Physical-verbal-mental penance and being engaged in the welfare of all creatures is the biggest sign of a Shiva devotee. He said that Lord Shiva is the ocean of compassion. If our devotion and dedication is in his holy feet, then he provides all the desired enjoyment and salvation by giving darshan. Acharya, while narrating the story of Upmanyu and other devotees, said that he had resolved to get a boon from Shiva. Lord Shiva himself appeared in the form of Devraj Indra, but Upmanyu clearly refused to take anything from him. We should have similar determination and dedication in devotion. Acharya, while narrating the story of King Satyarath, said that leaving the worship in the middle and going elsewhere and diverting the attention to other works is extremely faulty. On this occasion, Vedic Panchdev Pujan, Shiva Archana and Rudrabhishek were performed in the morning.
