ARA--------------------------With the aim of further strengthening and improving health services in the Jagdishpur sub-division, a significant initiative was taken by the sub-divisional administration on Monday. After the conclusion of the Patient Welfare Committee meeting, SDM Sanjeet Kumar and DCLR Arvind Kumar conducted a detailed inspection of the sub-divisional hospital. During this time, the officials thoroughly examined every ward, OPD, medicine distribution center, pathology lab, X-ray department, and other units of the hospital and interacted directly with patients to understand their problems and experiences.

The meeting included a detailed review of the hospital's existing system, quality of services, availability of necessary resources, and patient satisfaction. The committee members acknowledged that several corrective measures should be implemented immediately to make the hospital more organized and patient-friendly. Policy decisions were also agreed upon in the meeting to ensure the smooth functioning of health services.

During the inspection, the SDM meticulously assessed the cleanliness of the hospital premises, proper seating arrangements, available diagnostic facilities, the medicine distribution system, and the functioning of the ambulance service. He instructed that the doctors' roster be implemented on time, all diagnostic centers function regularly and smoothly, and that patients do not face any kind of inconvenience.

The SDM laid special emphasis on improving crowd management at the medicine distribution center, ensuring oxygen availability for critically ill patients, and maintaining uninterrupted X-ray services. He also warned that any laxity in sanitation arrangements would not be tolerated and action would be taken against the concerned personnel if necessary.

The committee clarified that all decisions taken in the meeting are directly related to the convenience and benefit of the patients. Therefore, it is essential that the hospital administration ensures strict compliance with these instructions. The administration assured that all hospital services would be made transparent, timely, and effective in accordance with the guidelines of the Health Department. During the inspection, the hospital manager, doctors, healthcare workers, and other members of the patient welfare committee were also present, who assured the Sub-Divisional Magistrate that they would seriously implement his instructions.
