In the last five years, his age has increased by only one year. Or it could be said that his age seemed to have stopped after losing the election. We are not saying this on our own, but based on what he stated in his affidavit. In the 2020 affidavit, he wrote 49 years in the age column.

Whereas in the affidavit of 2025, it is written as 50 years. Santosh Nirala, a long-time politician from Rajpur Assembly constituency, gave his age as 39 years in the affidavit given to the Election Commission in 2010. In 2015, he wrote 44 years. In 2020, he wrote 49 years, and in 2025, he wrote 50 years.

Matriculation Examination: In the educational qualification column of the affidavit given in 2015, former Minister of Bihar Government Santosh Nirala has written Matriculation from High School Pulia in 1988 and BA Graduation from AN College Patna in 1994. Whereas in the affidavits given in 2020 and 2025, in the educational qualification column, he has written Matriculation from High School Pulia in 1978 and BA from AN College Patna in 1994. He is giving different information about himself in each affidavit.
