ARA-------------------------At the Paramanpur Chaturmasya Vrat Sthal, India's great sage Saint Shri Lakshmi Prapanna Jiyar Swami Ji Maharaj said that the water and soil of Ganga have a very special significance. A person's death is improved by the touch of Ganga's water and soil. Once a father and son were going to take a bath in Ganga on Ekadashi. Their priest was also with them. It became night on the way. They went to a nearby place. Where preparations were being made for organizing a wedding. By mistake, the priest went to the shelter of ghosts at night. Where ghosts lived. There, preparations for marriage were also being made by ghosts. Many types of sweets etc. were also made there. Pandit ji asked what preparations were going on here. The ghosts said that preparations were being made for marriage. I have a daughter, whose marriage has to be done. Preparations for the same are going on. Sweets were also given to that Pandit ji by the ghosts. The businessman left from there in the morning and started moving ahead. After moving a little ahead, the sweets given by the ghosts turned into feces. The father and son were moving ahead along the bank of Ganga. Suddenly a bull came. Which had very big horns. That bull killed the businessman's son by attacking him with its horns on the holy bank of Ganga. When the bull was killing the businessman's son, the soil of Ganga was also touching the body of that businessman's son. The bull took the businessman's son inside the water of Ganga while killing him. Due to which the businessman's son died there itself. The businessman became very sad. Crying, he was returning back from the same path. While returning, he went to the place once again where he had stopped while coming. After reaching there, he saw that all the people there were crying. That person asked those ghosts and spirits that why are you people crying, what happened. All those ghosts and spirits were looking like normal humans. Those ghosts and spirits said that the boy with whom my daughter was going to get married, is no more. The businessman asked with which boy she was going to get married. Those ghosts and spirits told the name of that boy, who was the son of the businessman. Who had died. He was going to get a ghost after death. But due to the touch of the soil and water of Ganga on the banks of Ganga, that son of the businessman got salvation. That is why the water of Ganga and the holy banks have been told to have special importance. Sometimes people start defecating, brushing teeth, gargling etc. on the banks of Ganga, which is very wrong.
