SAINT GANINATH BIRTH ANNIVERSARY CELEBRATED

Saint Shiromani Baba Ganinatha Govind Maharaj's birth anniversary was celebrated with pomp by All India Madveshia Vaishya Sabha on Saturday at Harkhen Kumar Dharamshala located at Sheeshmahal Chowk in the city. The flag was hoisted first by Ara-Buxar MLC Radhacharan Sah.

Ara MP Sudama Prasad attended the Puja as the chief guest. Baba was worshipped by Rupesh Kumar along with the brothers of the entire society. Thousands of brothers from urban and rural areas participated in the program and worshipped Baba with cheers.

Sadar MLA Amrendra Pratap Singh, Mayor Indu Devi, renowned doctor Dr. Vijay Gupta, Kanhaiya Prasad, Shatrughan Prasad, Neha Gupta and Pinky Devi from Bihar State Women's Committee also attended Baba's court. The speakers called for adopting the ideals shown by Baba Ganinatha in their lives and also gave the message to the society to unite and support each other.

The speakers said that only through the unity of the society can we achieve any goal, be it political or social. Emphasis was laid on making the society educated. Only through education can the society be made strong and capable. A competition was also organized for children in the function, in which talented students and children from different fields participated and showcased their talent.

The winners were honored with certificates and mementos. Executive President Sunil Kumar, Prabhunath Prasad Umashankar Prasad, Jaswant Prasad, Krishna Prasad, Parmeshwar Prasad, Madan Prasad, Rakesh Kumar, Kamta Prasad, Amit Shah and a large number of social and dignitaries participated in the birth anniversary function.

The felicitation ceremony was organized during the Sant Ganinatha Puja organized on Saturday at Harkhen Kumar Jain Dharamshala located at Sheeshmahal Chowk in Ara city. Where the city's orthopedic specialist Dr. Mahavir Prasad Gupta and cosmetic and dental surgeon Dr. Ranjana Varsha were honored with mementos and ang vastra.
