For this, the Agriculture Officer was asked to run a special publicity campaign and also provide detailed information about it to the public representatives.
The progress of the work of distribution of agricultural input subsidy in flood affected areas was reviewed through video conferencing under the chairmanship of District Officer Tanay Sultania. During the review, he obtained detailed information about the status of applications received from flood affected areas in the last financial year and the current year.

For this, the Agriculture Officer was asked to run a special publicity campaign and also provide detailed information about it to the public representatives. He directed to complete the verification work of flood affected farmers with transparency as soon as possible.
He also directed that direct transfer (DBT) of subsidy amount should be ensured in the account of the right beneficiary farmer and its progress report should be made available to the District Officer every week. District Agriculture Officer, all Block Agriculture Officers and other concerned officers were present in the meeting.
