REVIEW MEETING OF PANCHAYAT RAJ DEPARTMENT HELD

ARA------------------------------Following the instructions of District Magistrate Bhojpur, Tanay Sultania, a review meeting was held under the chairmanship of the Deputy Development Commissioner, Bhojpur, regarding various schemes related to the Panchayati Raj Department. The meeting included a detailed review of the installation and maintenance of solar lights under the Chief Minister's Solar Light Scheme, the progress of Panchayat Government Building construction, and the operational status of RTPS services at the Gram Panchayat level. While reviewing the progress of the schemes, the quality of work, and achievements, information was obtained on essential points.

The Deputy Development Commissioner directed the District Panchayati Raj Officer and other concerned officials to ensure that all Panchayati Raj Department schemes are completed within the stipulated timeframe with high quality. He directed them to ensure continuous monitoring of the schemes and submit progress reports regularly. Necessary guidelines were also provided during the meeting for the effective implementation of the schemes.

The District Panchayati Raj Officer, Bhojpur, all Block Panchayati Raj Officers, and other concerned officials were present on the occasion.
