RESHUFFLE AMID ELECTION BATTLE IN BIHAR

PATNA---------------------------Bihar Election: In the election season of Bihar, amid increasing allegations and counter-allegations between the ruling and opposition, the government has entrusted big responsibility to two senior officers. This step has been taken at a time when the issue of "vote theft" is hot at the national level.

IAS Amit Kumar Pandey has been made Additional Chief Electoral Officer. At the same time, IAS Prashant Kumar CH has also been given the responsibility of Additional Chief Electoral Officer. The special thing is that Prashant Kumar CH will also remain in the additional charge of Director Panchayati Raj and Chief General Manager of Bihar Vikas Mission.

This decision has been taken at a time when the opposition and Congress are attacking the Election Commission. The opposition alleges that the votes of their supporters are being cut through SIR. Now this matter is not limited to just "vote cutting" but has become a big political issue by becoming an allegation of "vote theft". It is worth noting that at this time former Congress President and Leader of Opposition in Lok Sabha Rahul Gandhi is taking out Vote Adhikar Yatra in Bihar. All the big leaders of the Mahagathbandhan are also with him. However, amidst this political environment, these two IAS officers have been given important responsibility.
