SASARAM-------------------------The 'Vote Rights Yatra' of the Mahagathbandhan started in Sasaram today on Sunday (August 17). Many senior leaders of the Mahagathbandhan including Lalu Prasad Yadav, Rabri Devi and Tejashwi Yadav were present in the huge public meeting organized on this occasion. At the same time, Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge and leaders of leftist parties also joined the stage.

RJD supremo Lalu Yadav, who was seen on a political platform after a long time, lashed out at the BJP. Lalu Yadav said in his address that, remove the thieves, chase away the BJP, and make us win… The RJD supremo said that, do not let the BJP come to power at any cost. Rahul Gandhi, Tejashwi Yadav, Mallikarjun Kharge and all of you should unite, uproot them and throw them away, save democracy.

At the same time, Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge said that, Bihar is the birthplace of democracy. Rahul Gandhi's Voter Rights Yatra is starting from Sasaram. This yatra will cover a distance of 1300 km through 20 districts in 16 days. It will conclude on September 1 at the historic Gandhi Maidan. Tejashwi Yadav and many leaders will take part in it. You should support this yatra in your interest, in the interest of the country, to save the Constitution.

While Tejashwi Yadav said that Lalu and Lohia have always said that 'vote ka raj means Chote ka raj'... The BJP people are getting the work done by the Election Commission which they are not able to do themselves, i.e. they are snatching your rights from you.
