PATNA-------------------------The ongoing "Red Train Ticket Checking Campaign" in the Danapur Division continues to prove effective. This special check campaign is being conducted daily on all important rail sections of the division, including the Patna-DDU, Patna-Jhajha, Patna-Gaya, Bakhtiyarpur-Rajgir, and Kiul-Nawada sections. This strict enforcement has clearly created a sense of fear among passengers traveling without tickets or with irregular tickets.

The positive impact of the campaign is that a significant increase has been observed in the number of passengers purchasing tickets at the counter before their journey. Stations where the Red Train Checking Campaign is being conducted are experiencing a 200 to 400 percent increase in ticket sales, proving that the campaign's impact is directly contributing to increased public awareness and discipline.

A total of 127 Red Train ticket checking drives have been conducted since April, catching 52,636 passengers traveling without tickets or using irregular tickets. A total of ₹2.05 crore has been collected as fines, reflecting the strict and effective action taken by the Danapur Division.
