RAID IN INDUSTRIAL AREA, ILLEGAL BUSINESS IN SEALED COLD STORAGE

BUXAR---------------------------Based on a tip-off, Sadar Sub-Divisional Officer (SDO) Avinash Kumar conducted a surprise inspection of several industrial units and a nursing institute located in the Buxar industrial area, causing a stir. The revelation of illegal activities during the inspection created a commotion in the administrative department.

During the inspection, Asha Cold Storage, located on NH-922, was inspected and found to be already sealed and closed. Despite this, it was revealed that an illegal business of tin scrap was being operated inside the cold storage. The SDO questioned the employees working on the spot and gathered information about the entire matter.

At another industrial unit on NH-922, registered in the name of Manoj Kumar and reportedly closed for a long time, it was revealed that a timber business was being conducted under the name of Baidyanath Timber. During the raid, it also came to light that commercial activities were being carried out in the said unit by illegally stealing electricity.

In addition, Akash Nursing Institute, located in the industrial police station area, was also inspected. Based on the evidence obtained during the raid, the institute was prima facie found to be operating illegally and unlawfully. A detailed investigation into the matter is underway.

SDO Avinash Kumar said that the video footage and still photographs obtained during the raid have been attached as evidence. After the completion of the investigation, strict legal action will be taken against the culprits.
