Processes like construction of schools approved by the Central Government, building selection, land transfer and appointment of staff often get delayed – due to which students are not able to get its benefits on time. Bihar government should complete the process from identifying land to transfer in a time-bound mode.

Processes like construction of schools approved by the Central Government, building selection, land transfer and appointment of staff often get delayed – due to which students are not able to get its benefits on time. Bihar government should complete the process from identifying land to transfer in a time-bound mode.
The concerned DM and education department officials should be given the responsibility of monitoring it and monitoring should be done from the Chief Secretary level. There should be a constant follow-up of grants and approval letters from the Center. Construction agencies should be instructed to set targets and complete the work soon.. If the state government takes quick action by making it a priority, then in the coming few years, the increase in the number of Kendriya Vidyalayas can give a new boost to Bihar's education.
