ARA---------------------------A robbery incident involving a private employee was reported on Thursday, December 4th, near the Chaudhriyana Mosque in the Nagar police station area. Two bike-borne miscreants snatched goods worth approximately Rs. 23,000 from the victim, who was riding a bicycle.

In this regard, the victim, Suraj Anand, son of Anand Balram, a resident of Dhamar village in the Mufassil police station area, has filed a named FIR at the local Nagar police station. In his application, Suraj Anand stated that he works for ITC company. On the day of the incident, at around 11 AM, he was going towards Chaudhriyana on his bicycle to distribute goods to various shops after collecting them from the agency Prasad Enterprises (near Purvi Gumti).

At that time, two youths on an Apache motorcycle came from behind and pushed him, causing him to fall on the road along with his bicycle. Taking advantage of the victim's fall, one of the bike-borne miscreants snatched the bag containing cigarettes and other goods, estimated to be worth Rs. 22,000 to 23,000, and fled towards the Chaudhriyana Mosque.

The victim, Suraj Anand, has filed a named complaint against Ashish Kumar, a resident of Majhauwa in the Nagar police station area, and Veeru Kumar, a resident of Maruti Nagar, in this case. The police have registered a case and are taking further necessary legal action.
