PREPARATION FOR ORGANIZATIONAL CHANGE IN BIHAR RJD

PATNA--------------------------There is a stir in Bihar politics once again. Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) is now taking steps towards strengthening its organizational structure. According to information received from reliable sources, new appointments of District Presidents and Principal General Secretaries will be made soon in Bihar RJD. The party leadership is working on a strategy to make the organization more active, disciplined and strong at the grassroots level through this change.

It is being told that the process of organizational restructuring is in the final stage and the party leadership is busy finalizing new appointments on the basis of the reports of workers from different districts, their ground hold and their loyalty to the party.

According to a senior RJD leader, "The party has to be fully prepared for the upcoming elections and social movements. For this, qualified, hardworking and people associated with public concerns will be given major responsibility in the organization."

According to sources, this time youth and new faces can also be given a chance, so that new energy can be infused in the party.

It is worth noting that for the last few months, complaints of inactivity were being received at the organizational level in many districts, in view of which this change is being considered necessary.

RJD workers and officials are now eagerly waiting to see which names the party high command approves and what is the future strategy.
