POLICE TIGHTEN GRIP ON CRIMINALS
Since the formation of the new government in Bihar, the police have become active and intensified their crackdown on criminals. In this regard, the police have arrested Shailesh alias Piyush Pandey, a criminal who opened fire during a land survey in Deha village, in the Chainpur police station area of Kaimur district, and recovered a pistol and three empty cartridges.

BHABHA---------------------------Since the formation of the new government in Bihar, the police have become active and intensified their crackdown on criminals. In this regard, the police have arrested Shailesh alias Piyush Pandey, a criminal who opened fire during a land survey in Deha village, in the Chainpur police station area of Kaimur district, and recovered a pistol and three empty cartridges.
According to reports, Shailesh was trying to establish his dominance in the Chainpur area. The victim, Amar Nath Pandey, filed a complaint at the Chainpur police station, stating that Shailesh had opened fire during the land survey, spreading panic among the people.
Taking immediate action, the police arrested Shailesh with the pistol. Bhabua DSP Manoranjan Bharti stated that Shailesh had deliberately fired during the survey, and a pistol and three empty cartridges were recovered from him. Shailesh alias Piyush Pandey has previously attempted to forcibly release an accused caught drunk in the Mahadach area of the Bihar-UP border, for which several criminal cases are registered against him.
The DSP said that Shailesh wanted to expand his influence in Chainpur, but due to the promptness of the police, he was caught on the spot, arrested and sent to jail.
