PEOPLE ARE AFRAID OF THE EFFIGY OF RAVANA FALLING

SASARAM----------------------------The effigy of Ravana was burnt on October 2nd, the day of Dussehra, at the Dalmia Nagar Jhanda Chowk ground. Nearly three months have passed, but the remains of the effigy are still standing in the field. Every morning, hundreds of young people, elderly people, children, and women come to this ground for walks in this cold weather. There is a constant fear that the remains might fall on the people walking there and cause an accident. The Dehri Dalmia Nagar Municipal Council has not yet paid attention to this, which is a major negligence on their part.  The people have informed the municipal council about this, but no action has been taken so far, due to which there is considerable anger among the citizens against the municipal council.  Among these people are Omprakash Pandey, Jitendra Pandey, Ram Iqbal Singh, Surendra Mishra, and Acharya Vinay Baba.
