PATNA HIGH COURT SUSPENDS SASARAM CIVIL COURT JUDGE

SASARAM------------------------Sub Judge-1 cum ACJM Aarti Jaiswal of District Headquarters Sasaram Civil Court has been suspended by Patna High Court with immediate effect. In this regard, High Court Registrar General PK Malik has issued a letter. She has been ordered not to leave her headquarters. In the letter issued from the High Court, it has been said that disciplinary proceedings are pending against Sub Judge-1 Aarti. In such a situation, she is suspended with immediate effect under the Bihar Judicial Service (Classification, Control and Appeal) Rules 2020. Her headquarters will remain attached to Rohtas Sasaram till the investigation is pending or till further orders. During the period of effect of the order, the Sub Judge will not leave the station without obtaining prior permission. During the suspension period, she will be entitled to get subsistence allowance which will be given on time.
