PATNA---------------------------There was a stir after receiving a bomb threat at Jayaprakash Narayan Airport in the capital Patna. This threat has been sent through an encrypted email service company of Estonia. This email has come directly to the mail of the director of Patna airport. After the threat, the cyber cell of Patna Police and Economic Offenses Unit have started an investigation into this. Security has been tightened further. CISF personnel have been deployed at every nook and corner.

In view of the seriousness of the matter, the airport's Bomb Threat Assessment Committee is searching every inch of the airport. The investigation continued till late Monday night. After that, airport security officer Vicky Singh gave a written application to the airport police station. A case has been registered at the airport police station regarding this matter.

The way this threatening email has come, it can definitely be investigated only through CBI. This is an encrypted email service company of Estonia. It has been providing email service since the year 2024. It does not give information directly to the police of any country. It gives information only after the order of the Estonian court. This is written in the terms and conditions of the company.

Not only this, Patna Police will have to go through CBI under Mutual Legal Assistant Status. If Virtual Private Network (VPN) has been used in this email, then it will be a big challenge for the police to identify the people who threatened. First of all, it has to be found out that which people in India have used this email.
