PATNA-----------------------A video of RJD MLA Bhai Virendra from Maner is going viral on social media. This video shows a conversation between the Panchayat Secretary and the RJD MLA in which the MLA is seen using abusive language several times. The MLA is seen telling the Panchayat Secretary that he is not following the protocol while the Panchayat Secretary is seen reprimanding the Maner MLA.

Bhai Virendra had called a Panchayat Secretary regarding a death certificate, during which the Panchayat Secretary could not recognize him just by saying his name and an argument broke out between them on protocol and the way of talking. The Panchayat Secretary also turned out to be aggressive and said- "If you talk crookedly, I will talk crookedly."

The audio of this conversation between Bhai Virendra and the Panchayat Secretary has gone viral. Obviously the conversation is between the MLA and the Panchayat Secretary, so the audio has also been released by one of these two. The MLA's mood turned sour at the very beginning of the call when the Panchayat Secretary refused to acknowledge him when he said, "Bhai Virendra is speaking". The Panchayat Secretary did not greet him and said, "Yes, please speak".

This upset MLA Bhai Virendra. He started saying, "Speak, who is speaking?" So the Secretary asked, "Who do you want to talk to?" To this, the MLA said, "I want to talk to the Panchayat Secretary". The Secretary said, "Yes, the Panchayat Secretary is speaking. Please speak". After this, the conversation went on deteriorating like this.
