ONE DAY TEACHER TRAINING ON ‘LEARNING OUTCOMES AND PEDAGOGY’ CONCLUDED

BUXAR----------------------------A one-day teacher training program on "Learning Outcomes and Pedagogy" for teachers of CBSE schools was successfully organized at Bal Vikas Kendra, Hitan Padri. Approximately sixty teachers from eight schools in the district enthusiastically participated in the training.

The program was inaugurated by lighting a lamp jointly by school director Satish Chandra Tripathi and regional MLA and former IPS officer Anand Mishra.

Addressing the inaugural session, MLA Anand Mishra described the role of teachers as the strongest pillar of social building. He said, "Your words contain both the Gita and the Quran. Teachers are the builders of society—they have the power to shape the future. You can create gods or destroyers. Therefore, the role of a teacher is paramount."

He urged teachers to place special emphasis on inculcating moral values, human empathy, skill-based education, and a sense of responsible citizenship in children.

During the training session, resource teachers provided detailed guidance on the New Education Policy 2020, competency-based education system, the process of determining learning outcomes, modern methods of evaluation, and the effective use of technology in classroom teaching.

On this occasion, Venue Director Sanjeev Mishra, Resource Person Dr. Sarvesh, Anand Pandey, along with teachers from various schools were present.

At the end of the program, School Director Satish Chandra Tripathi expressed his gratitude to all the guests and participating teachers and said that such training programs strengthen the quality of education and should be organized continuously.
