SASARAM-----------------------A one day Continuous Medical Education Workshop was organized under the aegis of Bihar branch of Indian Skin and Venereal Diseases Association and hosted by Narayan Medical College and Hospital Jamuhar. In this program, skin and venereal disease specialists from various medical education institutions of the country presented lectures based on their experience and research. Along with this, a quiz program was also organized among postgraduate students and the students were awarded. Addressing the inaugural session, the Chancellor of the institute Gopal Narayan Singh congratulated the association for organizing the program in the Dev Mangal Auditorium of the university and called upon them to organize an international level program here. The university family will always be ready to cooperate in every kind of arrangement here. On this occasion, the Vice Chancellor of the Institute, Dr. Mahendra Kumar Singh was also present. The organizing president of the program, Dr. Puneet Kumar Singh welcomed all the members and also honored them by giving them robes and symbols. A panel discussion was organized in the program in which Dr. Shweta Leena Pradhan was the moderator while Dr. Sudeep Das, Dr. Tulika Rai, Dr. Piyush Kumar, Dr. Neelmani Priyadarshi, Dr. Rashmi Singh and Dr. Rashid Shahid, Dr. Abhishek Kumar Jha, Dr. Punkesh Kumar, Dr. R. D. Mukhija, Dr. R. R. K. Rahul, Dr. Ram Avatar Singh, Dr. Mrityunjay Kumar, Dr. Vinod Kumar Sinha, Dr. Rajiv Thakur, Dr. Nilay Kanti Das, Dr. Puneet Kumar Singh, Dr. Jeevan Jyoti Mishra, Dr. Mehboob Alam, Dr. Mubarak Hussain, Dr. Debu Priya Paul, Dr. Anupam Das, Dr. Shweta Leena Pradhan, Dr. Gren Mathews etc. participated. The chief guests of the program were the national president of the association Dr. Rajiv Sharma and Dr. Vinay Singh and the former presidents Dr. Vikas Sharma, Dr. Rajesh Kumar GMC Mumbai, Dr. Sudip Das CMC Kolkata, Dr. Kee Sirka, AIIMS Bhubaneswar. Dr. MK Singh, Vice Chancellor, Gopal Narayan Singh University, Dr. Hiralal Mahto, Principal, Narayan Medical College, and Dr. Virendra Kumar Singh, President of Bihar were present as the chief patrons. Organizing committee was chaired by Dr. Puneet Kumar Singh, organizing secretary by Dr. Dharmendra Kumar, scientific chairperson by Dr. Aditi Snehal, scientific co-chairman by Dr. Mehboob Alam, joint secretary by Dr. Suvesh Singh and organizing co-secretary by Dr. Nagaul Dixit.
