ARA----------------------------As per the instructions of District Magistrate Bhojpur, Mr. Tanay Sultania, today on 03 September 2025, the condition of erosion caused by the rise in the water level of the Ganges river in Jabiniya village of Shahpur block was jointly inspected by the Block Development Officer Shahpur and the Zonal Officer Shahpur. During the inspection, the officials reached the site and took stock of the actual condition of the erosion affected areas and interacted with the local affected families to get information about their problems. Also, the relief and rescue operations being carried out for the families affected by erosion and flood relief camps were also observed. The officials directed the concerned officials to ensure adequate availability of proper accommodation, clean drinking water, toilets and food in the relief camps. He said that the district administration is committed to provide all possible assistance to the erosion and flood affected families and special care is being taken to ensure that the affected families do not face any inconvenience under any circumstances.
