BUXAR-----------------------------Department officials are 'trembling' in fear of education mafia Ajay Singh. Why did they give special exemption in the suspension of his wife? In the suspension case of Shobha Singh, wife of Ajay Singh, the so-called broker of the Buxar education department and who calls himself an advocate of transparency, the working style of the departmental officials has come under question. The facts that are coming out from the departmental documents and sources are shocking. Apart from this, technical evidence is also pointing towards the fact that the said teacher did not reach BRC even for a single day during the suspension period. Her mobile location is giving direct evidence of this. Actually, Shobha Singh was suspended about one and a half years ago. KT News/Buxar In the suspension case of Shobha Singh, wife of Ajay Singh, the so-called broker of the Buxar education department and who calls himself an advocate of transparency, the working style of the departmental officials has come under question. The facts that are coming out from the departmental documents and sources are shocking. Apart from this, technical evidence is also pointing towards the fact that the said teacher did not go to BRC even for a single day during the suspension period. Her mobile location is giving direct evidence of this. Actually, Shobha Singh was suspended about one and a half years ago. According to the departmental rules, she had to mark her attendance at Simri BRC headquarters during the suspension period. But mobile location and departmental records show that she did not go to BRC and mark her attendance even for a single day. Despite this, not only did she continue to receive half salary during the suspension period, but the outstanding salary was also paid as soon as the suspension ended.

Serious questions are being raised on the role of Simri BEO Triloki Nath Pandey in the entire matter. According to the rules, if any suspended teacher does not appear at the headquarters, then the BEO has to immediately send a report to the higher officials. But nothing like this happened in the case of Shobha Singh. Sources say that either the BEO was kind to her or was under pressure from Ajay Singh. While the department takes a strict stand in the case of other teachers, the rules were ignored in the case of Shobha Singh. -- Appointment surrounded by controversies

Shobha Singh was appointed in Kathar Madhya Vidyalaya. But there too a controversy arose. Her differences with fellow teacher Sangeeta Devi increased so much that the matter reached the stage of assault. Sangeeta Devi had lodged an FIR against Ajay Singh in the year 2007. In this case, he was also punished by the lower court, which is currently pending at the appeal level in the court of the District Judge.

After the controversy, Ajay Singh got his wife removed from Kathar Vidyalaya and got her deputed in the newly created primary school Diya Parmeshwar Mathiya. In many orders of the education department, it was clearly stated that the system of deputation should be abolished, but this order was not applicable to Shobha Singh. That is, the departmental rules are not the same for everyone.

Before paying the outstanding salary, he neither did the necessary investigation nor looked at the report. Departmental circles say that the reason for this is Ajay Singh and his political relations. It is said that Ajay Singh's hold with MP aide Arvind Singh silenced the officials.

Breaking the suspension of teacher Shobha Singh and paying all the dues immediately raises many questions on the functioning of the Buxar education department. The question arises that why Shobha Singh was exempted from attending BRC headquarters despite being deputed. Why did the BEO not send the report as per the rules. The order to cancel the deputation was applicable to everyone, but not to Shobha Singh, why? Whereas the rule says that if the chair of the chief and deputy chief is vacant, the secretary cum BDO of the planning unit should seek guidance from the department. The question is also that why did the officials pay the outstanding salary without investigation and whether any action will be taken by the district administration against the guilty departmental officials and Simri administration in this matter or not.
