PATNA----------------------On the very first day of the Bihar Legislative Assembly session, there was a ruckus in the NDA Legislature Party meeting. During the NDA meeting, there was a lot of quarrel between the state's Deputy Chief Minister Vijay Sinha and JDU quota minister Ashok Chaudhary. When there was a quarrel between two ministers of the government, Chief Minister Nitish Kumar was also present in the meeting and he was watching the whole tamasha.
According to the big news that has come out of the NDA meeting, quoting sources, there was a lot of quarrel between Deputy Chief Minister Vijay Kumar Sinha and Ashok Chaudhary in the NDA Legislature Party meeting. Deputy Chief Minister Vijay Sinha expressed displeasure with Ashok Chaudhary for not inviting the local MLA to the program of the Rural Works Department.
Taking aim at Ashok Chaudhary, Vijay Sinha even said that not just one ally but all allies will have to follow the coalition dharma. During the NDA meeting, Vijay Sinha also raised the issue of Prahlad Yadav who left RJD and joined NDA. Vijay Sinha said amidst reports of Prahlad Yadav not being given ticket that Prahlad Yadav has supported in forming the government and the top leaders were already aware of this.
Many MLAs including Deputy Chief Minister Vijay Sinha expressed their displeasure over global tendering in the Rural Works Department. Many MLAs including BJP MLA Gyanendra Singh Gyanu expressed their displeasure with Ashok Chaudhary over global tendering. The MLAs said that global tendering is causing losses. MLAs also expressed their displeasure in the NDA meeting over the Nal Jal Yojana. When the NDA MLAs were lashing out at Ashok Chaudhary, all the leaders of the NDA constituent parties including Nitish Kumar were present. This is not the first case of displeasure over Minister Ashok Chaudhary. Earlier, JDU MLA Sudarshan from Barbigha seat of Sheikhpura, JDU MLA Dr. Sanjeev from Parbatta seat of Khagaria have also expressed their displeasure. During the alleged horse trading during the current government of Nitish Kumar, Dr. Sanjeev had attacked Ashok Chaudhary without naming him when he was dragged into this matter. The displeasure of many NDA MLAs regarding Ashok Chaudhary has been well known.
Leader of Opposition Tejashwi Yadav gave his sharp reaction on the clash between the Deputy Chief Minister and the Minister in the NDA Legislature Party meeting and posted on the social media platform X, writing that the Deputy Chief Minister and senior minister of NDA started fighting with each other in the meeting itself over the sharing of corruption.
JDU has set a target of collecting Rs 1000 crore before the elections by giving contracts to only big contractors through global tendering in the Rural Works Department under JDU. Rural roads are also not to be constructed before the elections, but the game of looting is going on by only managing tenders. Corruption is so high that even NDA MLAs cannot utter a word.
The tap water in every house is an even bigger corruption than this. In that, there has been institutional looting of thousands of crores from the state treasury. The Chief Minister is unconscious and silent. The rest of the ministers know very well that the government is going to go, so there is open looting. Poor Deputy Chief Minister Vijay Sinha ji has been rendered so helpless.
