PATNA----------------------------The Religious Trusts Conference, held on Thursday at the Bapu Auditorium of the Samrat Ashok Convention Center in Patna, commenced in a solemn atmosphere, with Chief Minister Nitish Kumar lighting the traditional lamp to inaugurate the event. Organized by the Bihar State Religious Trusts Council, the gathering was filled with religious faith and social harmony, with the presence of saints and sages, heads of monasteries and temples, and numerous dignitaries from the city. Greeting all the saints and guests, the Chief Minister emphasized the importance of maintaining strong religious and cultural values in society. The Council honored the Chief Minister with a green plant and a memento, adding to the emotional depth of the event.
Many prominent figures from the state's politics and administration were present on this occasion, including Deputy Chief Ministers Samrat Chaudhary and Vijay Kumar Sinha, Water Resources Minister Vijay Kumar Chaudhary, MP and JDU Acting National President Sanjay Kumar Jha, Rural Works Minister Ashok Chaudhary, Health Minister Mangal Pandey, and Backward and Most Backward Class Welfare Minister Hari Sahni. BJP State President Dr. Dilip Kumar Jaiswal, Bihar State Religious Trust Council Chairman Dr. Ranveer Nandan, and member Sayan Kunal, along with numerous other public representatives and senior citizens, were also present. The words of saints and the presence of political leaders made the gathering significant not only from a religious perspective but also from a social and political perspective. The overwhelming crowd and enthusiasm at the event clearly demonstrated that Bihar's cultural heritage and spiritual traditions remain deeply embedded in the hearts of the people.
