Under the guidance of Superintendent of Police Raj, newly appointed constables undergoing training took out a route march of about 5 km in the urban area. On this occasion, the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Cyber Police Station gave detailed information to the marching constables and local citizens about the measures to prevent cyber crime, the role of women's help desk and the ill effects of drug de-addiction.
He said that effective prevention of cyber fraud, drug addiction and crimes related to women is possible only by making the general public aware. Through the route march, an attempt was made to spread awareness against social evils and crimes along with giving the message of police presence among the public.
