ARA---------------------------Various schemes are being run by the Bihar government to accelerate the pace of development. But it is very important to have a well-organized structure for the effective implementation and monitoring of these schemes. In this context, it is being felt necessary to construct a 'Vikas Bhawan' in every district.

Centralized operation of schemes - Many government schemes like education, health, irrigation, road, agriculture, women empowerment, self-employment are implemented through different departments. If there are branches of these departments under one roof, then the public will get convenience.

Convenience to the public - Today, the rural people have to visit many offices to get information and benefits of the schemes. If there is a Vikas Bhawan, then they will be able to get information and facilities related to all the departments at one place.

3. Monitoring and transparency - Through modern technology and monitoring system in Vikas Bhawan, it will be possible to see how much money was spent on which scheme and who got its benefits. This will also curb corruption.

Helpful for youth and farmers – Agricultural consultation centers, skill development centers and startup assistance centers can also be opened in Vikas Bhawan. This will provide direct help to youth and farmers.

Employment opportunities: The construction of Vikas Bhawan will not only make people get the benefits of government schemes easily but will also increase employment opportunities at the local level. From the construction of the building to the employees working in it, a large number of people will get work.

Speed ​​​​to rural development: Bihar is identified with villages and farmers. If Vikas Bhawan is built in every district, then information and facilities of the schemes will reach every village. This will lead to the development of villages and will also strengthen the overall economy of the state.

The Bihar government should build a modern Vikas Bhawan in every district and establish branches of departments related to all the schemes in it. This will provide convenience to the general public, stop corruption and speed up the pace of development.
