ARA---------------------------The announcement of seats and candidates for the five NDA parties in Bihar has been postponed. JDU deleted the announcement tweet at 4 pm on Monday. BJP state president Dilip Jaiswal has stated that all five NDA parties will announce their candidates by Tuesday evening. Jaiswal stated that the nomination campaign for NDA candidates will run from October 15th to 18th, with participation from central and state ministers as well as senior alliance leaders. It is reported that seat-sharing negotiations between JDU, BJP, and LJP-R have become a deadlock amid the displeasure of Jitan Ram Manjhi and Upendra Kushwaha. BJP election in-charge Dharmendra Pradhan is in Patna and is trying to resolve the issue. Meetings are underway in Delhi regarding the seat-sharing of the Grand Alliance. Tejashwi Yadav has stated that the allocation will be finalized within the next few days. The Jan Suraj Party has released its second list, which includes 65 names. The decision regarding Prashant Kishor or Raghopur has not yet been made. The CPI-ML has given its candidates symbols in Ghosi and Paliganj.

UP NDA ally OP Rajbhar has announced that he will contest 153 seats in Bihar and has stated that if given 4-5 seats, he will contest with the NDA. Nominations for the second phase have begun. The first phase will end on the 17th. Meanwhile, Prashant Kishor's Jan Suraj Party has suffered a setback ahead of the Bihar elections. Former minister Monazir Hasan has left the party.
