MISCREANTS SET FIRE TO THE HOUSE AND BEAT UP MANY PEOPLE

ARA-----------------------------In Vishambarpur village of Imadpur police station area of the district, miscreants entered the house in the dark of the night in a previous dispute and beat up the entire family and set the hut-like house on fire. During this, miscreants beat up four people including two women. After this, with the help of other neighbors, the injured were admitted to Tarari Community Health Center, where treatment is going on under the supervision of doctors. After this, the victim families have filed an FIR by applying in Imadpur police station.

Here, injured woman Lalmuni Devi told that everyone was sleeping after eating food in the house. Eight to ten goons from the village forcefully entered the house with sticks and weapons. After this, they started abusing us using casteist words. When we protested against this, late Jagdayal Upadhyay's son Kamalakant Upadhyay, his two sons Ravi Shankar Upadhyay and Harishankar Upadhyay along with five to six unknown people started beating us. After this, the goons set the house on fire.

The victim said that the attackers pointed a gun at him and threatened to kill him and while abusing him said that today we will cut him. After this, while searching his house, cash and precious jewellery were looted from the daughter-in-law's box. Not only this, he, his daughter-in-law and his old mother-in-law were attacked with the butt of a gun and they beat them badly and abused them and fled. In the incident, the woman Lalmuni Devi has suffered serious injuries. She has been admitted to the Community Health Center where her condition is said to be critical. Regarding this serious incident, Bhojpur Superintendent of Police Mr. Raj said that after the matter came to notice, the police took immediate action and registered an FIR in Imadpur police station. The police team is investigating the spot by going to the village and the entire incident is being investigated thoroughly. The SP said that the culprits will be identified and strict action will be taken against them, currently on the basis of the defamation application, the police have registered a case under various sections against the accused including unknown people by name. They will be arrested and appropriate action will be taken.
