ARA-------------------------The Ara Municipal Corporation Board meeting concluded on Tuesday at the corporation office, where several important decisions were taken regarding the city's development, cleanliness, and infrastructure. Mayor Indu Devi chaired the meeting.

The meeting began with the confirmation of previous proceedings. Subsequently, in-depth discussions focused on strengthening the city's commercial landscape and optimizing resource utilization. A proposal to convert the Mahavir Tola parking area into a market was approved, allowing for better utilization of space and encouraging local trade. The reconstruction of Amrapali Market was also discussed to create a more streamlined environment for traders and customers.

The idea of ​​constructing grand welcome gates at the main entrances was also mooted to enhance the city's identity. To further strengthen the sanitation system, emphasis was placed on intensifying the cleanliness drive, increasing resources, and ensuring accountability of employees.

Municipal Commissioner Anju Kumari, Deputy Municipal Commissioner Komal Kumari, City Manager Om Prakash, Sanitation Manager Ratnesh Kumar, Divya Vikas, and Municipal Councilors were present at the meeting. This meeting is considered crucial in accelerating the city's overall development plans and improving civic amenities.
