LEGAL NOTICE TO PAPPU YADAV AND LALU YADAV’S DAUGHTER ROHINI ACHARYA

PATNA---------------------------Legal notice has been sent by BJP legal cell to MP Pappu Yadav, RJD chief Lalu Prasad's daughter Rohini Acharya, Bihar Congress president Rajesh Ram and other leaders. This notice has been sent in the matter of comments made by Urban Development Minister Jivesh Mishra regarding fake medicine. BJP legal cell coordinator R Dixit said in a press conference at the party office on Monday that if they do not apologize within 15 days, then we will take legal action. He said that Jivesh Mishra is neither the owner of any pharmaceutical company nor does he have any kind of connection with them.

Let us tell you that Jivesh Kumar alias Jivesh Mishra, a minister from BJP quota in Nitish government, was found guilty in the fake medicine case. Rajasthan's Rajsamand court convicted him in a 15-year-old case last month. However, later he was released on the condition of maintaining good conduct after paying a fine of Rs 7000. On this matter, MP Pappu Yadav had demanded the dismissal of Jivesh Mishra from Chief Minister Nitish Kumar. He was called a fake drug mafia.

On the other hand, RJD chief Lalu Yadav's daughter Rohini Acharya had targeted him by tweeting. She had said that this is the government of a helpless, unconscious and compromising Chief Minister. A fake drug dealer is also still on the minister's chair. She alleged that the NDA government is a gathering of people involved in immoral activities. Forget about removing a proven guilty minister from the cabinet, they cannot even dare to say anything. On the other hand, Congress media department chairman Rajesh Rathore had demanded an investigation into the network and connections of fake drugs.

According to reports, this case is of September 2010. During inspection at Kansara Drugs Distributors Company located in Devgarh (Rajsamand), Rajasthan, samples of medicines were taken. When these were sent to the lab for testing, Ciprolene-500 tablets were found to be adulterated and of substandard quality. Investigation revealed that these medicines were supplied to Kansara Drugs Distributors by two other firms including a company named Alto Health Care Private Limited. Jivesh Mishra is the director of this company.

In this case, the Rajsamand court had convicted 9 accused including Jivesh Mishra on 4 June 2025. The verdict on the sentence was pronounced on 1 July. Mishra also appeared in the court on this day. The court granted him relief and released him on the condition of maintaining good conduct under the Criminal Probation Act.
