It is reported that a truck loaded with rods lost control and overturned near Bari Paiin, between Bauli Talab and Naya Tola on the Piro-Bihiya State Highway. Both the driver and the helper died tragically in the accident.

According to reports, at around 4:30 a.m., the driver dozed off, causing the vehicle to lose control and fall into a roadside Bari Paiin. The truck was loaded with rods at the time of the accident. As the truck overturned, the heavy rods fell on the driver and helper, crushing them to death on the spot. Upon receiving news of the accident, villagers from nearby areas rushed to the scene in large numbers, creating chaos.

The police were informed of the incident. Police arrived at the scene and, after hours of effort with the help of a JCB and crane, retrieved the bodies. Police took the bodies into custody and sent them to Ara Sadar Hospital for post-mortem. The deceased was identified as Satyendra Kumar (34), a resident of Bhagwanganj village in the Mussoorie police station area of ​​Patna district. He is said to be the son of Ram Ashish Yadav. The identity of the second deceased has not yet been established. Police have informed the family about the incident and are preparing for further investigation.

During questioning, villagers reported that the accident was horrific. The front portion of the truck was completely damaged after the overturn, and the weight of the rods was so heavy that it took considerable effort to retrieve the bodies.
