INVESTIGATION REPORT SUBMITTED ON WAVING OF WEAPON

SASARAM-------------------------Ward councilor 44 Kela Devi and her representative Saroj Kumar Gupta today submitted full documents to the two-member investigation team in the case of allegations of waving of weapon and house matching in schemes along with the Mayor's brother-in-law in Municipal Corporation Sasaram. After submitting full documents including the footage of waving of weapon, there are indications of Sasaram Mayor's trouble increasing.

Ward councilor D 44 Kela Devi's representative Saroj Kumar Gupta said that the investigation team constituted on the instructions of the District Magistrate, including the waving of weapon in the Municipal Corporation, other documents were submitted today in full in front of Municipal Commissioner Vikas Kumar and District Land Acquisition Officer Mohammad Zafar Hasan. He said that after the instructions of the Additional Secretary, Urban Development and Housing Department, the District Magistrate has been directed to constitute an investigation team and conduct a thorough investigation in this serious matter.

Municipal Corporation Sasaram Commissioner Vikas Kumar said that after the allegations leveled by the applicant side, one party has presented its documents before the constituted investigation team. On the application of Ward Councilor 44 Kela Devi of Municipal Corporation Sasaram, the Under Secretary Urban Development and Housing Department has directed to conduct a full investigation of the matter seriously.

On this instruction, representative of Ward Councilor 44 Kela Devi, Saroj Kumar Gupta, said that along with brother-in-law of Municipal Corporation Sasaram, many other people used to reach the board meeting with weapons and scare people. Many schemes have also been tampered with by violating the government guidelines. In which, after observing huge irregularities in various schemes ranging from tap water to every house, the Under Secretary Urban Development and Housing Department has directed Rohtas DM to investigate.

Looking at the matter seriously, Rohtas DM has constituted a two-member investigation team and has issued an order from the District Confidential Branch to provide the investigation report soon. Here, after this order, the movement of increasing troubles of the Mayor of Municipal Corporation Sasaram has intensified. Mayor Kajal Kumari found herself surrounded. After several months of filing this application, she has accused councilor Kela Devi of getting the letterhead signed by someone else through fraudulent means. Due to this, the Mayor's troubles are increasing and allegations and counter allegations are also going on between both the parties. Sasaram Municipal Corporation Commissioner Vikas Kumar said that the allegation is being thoroughly investigated.
