ARA----------------------------Lok Janshakti Party (Ram Vilas) chief and Union Minister Chirag Paswan has made a big announcement regarding Bihar politics. He said in a rally held in Saran district on Sunday that he will contest the upcoming Bihar assembly elections.

Addressing the workers in the rally, Chirag said, "Today from this holy land, I declare that I will contest the elections for Bihar, for my brothers, sisters and mothers. We will create a Bihar that moves forward on the path of development in the true sense." He also made it clear that the Lok Janshakti Party (Ram Vilas) will contest the upcoming assembly elections along with the BJP and JDU, which are part of the National Democratic Alliance (NDA). Targeting Congress and RJD, Chirag Paswan said that "those opposition leaders who talk about development today, are the same people who pushed Bihar into darkness in the 90s." Chirag (Chirag Paswan) reiterated his resolve and said, "I have come out with a shroud on my head and will make Bihar developed. 'Nav Bihar' is no longer a dream, it is a firm resolution. I am not going to be afraid of anyone." Raised questions on good governance He also expressed concern over some recent incidents and said, "It is very worrying that such incidents are happening during the time of a government which was once known for good governance. This is giving the opposition an opportunity to raise questions. Now the time has come to take strict action on such cases so that a strong message is sent and such incidents are not repeated."
